You were born during a Full moon

- what it says about you -

You've spent your life in the middle of things, whether it's between people who oppose each other, ideas that oppose each other, or places that are very different. You're very aware of perspectives outside the norm and good at anticipating how different people will see a situation. You value second opinions, because they give you a feeling of balance. You don't have a single group of friends and the people you spend time with may not have a lot in common with each other.

What phase was the moon at on your birthday? Find out at Spacefem.com

Subject:G3 Ponies, One Piece Artbook, etc, up for auction - ends tomorrow!

I know I've been quiet for a long time now, but I've been up to my eyeballs in work, so I haven't had much time for posting.

I have some auctions up that end tomorrow. One Piece artbook, G3 Pony keychains, NRFB G3 Ponies, and a small Fossil purse. Hope you can take a peek. :) Thanks!

Subject:Beads! Headbands! Beaded headbands!

And for those of you too lazy to click on the link the previous post...

I've gotten into beading, and I've made my first set of Pullip headbands for sale.  These can be made to order, for either Pullips or Dals!

My photography skills do not do the beads justice - they are much prettier in person!

For a very limited time, a special 4th of July headband! :)

Beads: Red, white, and blue bicone beads, and plastic stars.
Note: The star is SILVER. I didn't have any white stars. :(
These will be made in very limited quantities!

See more beauties!Collapse )

If you're interested in any of these, please PM me here or at darcerin @ gmail.com.  You can visit my headband site at http://www.darcerin.com/createdawesome.

ALL sales go toward my diabetic cat's vet bills. Your purchases are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Everyone needs to go see this movie when it comes out on May 8th!

That trailer on the front page made me go from "Meh, maybe I'll see it", to "rabid, frothing at the mouth fangirl", and I have NEVER sat through an episode of the original series.

People this is going to be GOOD.

Subject:ANOTHER Security breach!
Mood: annoyed

And there's been yet ANOTHER breach of security somewhere where Mastercard and Visa have been comprised, but all the details haven't been revealed yet.

I doubt this means I have to get new cards, as I JUST got my new M/C yesterday, and my new Visa a couple weeks ago, but still...this is scary folks. Watch your bills, and online accounts VERY carefully.

Steelers shove aside Ravens for AFC title

And this is why I don't ever cheer for the Ravens.  I realize the 'Skins lost out early, but the Ravens had a REAL chance of getting to the Superbowl, and they blew it.   23-14?! COME ON!  That's just freakin' pathetic!

Traxxx will never let me live this down. UGH.

I just cleaned out my friend's list here on LJ. Most people were taken off only because they hadn't updated their own LJ's in like 2-3 years or something.  You could just be lurking and reading your friends pages, which is cool, I understand.  If you think you were taken off my friends list unnecessarily, shoot me a PM or email me at darcerin AT gmail.com  I don't bite, I promise. :)

Keeping this a public entry...

PERFECT quote for today. If you don't know what it relates to in my life right now, it wasn't meant for you to understand. :)

Just trying something new for a change, I'm going to post quotes here every so often that I find interesting, funny, or make sense for everyday life, or just like in general. :)

Our first quote comes from the third President of United States.

"I like the dreams of the future better than the history of the past." - Thomas Jefferson

I'm not a hard-core environmentalist, I don't chain myself to trees and sing "Kumbaya, My Lord", but I do believe that any small thing I can do to help the environment is worth my time.

I have tried using recycleable batteries in the past - unfortunately, they wear out far faster in a Gameboy than normal batteries do. -_- So what does one do with those batteries once they've died completely? Throw them out like normal ones?

You can RECYCLE them! You can drop them off at any of your local participating retailers (I believe Radio Shack is one of the main companies heading this project).

And it's not just AA batteries either that you use for electronics. Cell phone batteries, power tools batteries, anything like those batteries can be recycled as well!

Please visit http://www.call2recycle.org/ to find your local participating retailer, and feel good that you've done your part to help the environment!

I believe this is only for the U.S. right now. I'll see if they have a partnership with anyone across the globe, however.

Left as a public entry so that everyone can benefit from this news!

Someone close to me found this journal and told me they found it. I can only imagine WHY they told me, as some of the stuff that was said in this journal was about them, and most of it not very nice because of the way they have been dealing with me. So I have deleted all previous entries, and am now abandoning my journal.

To this person: Every single thing I've said about my feelings at the time was very true. You found this journal out by accident. Yes, I should have made it friends only, but I never THOUGHT in a million years that you would find it. Nor that you would actually READ IT if you DID find it. This was never meant for your eyes, just a place for me to play and vent.

Thank you for ruining that place for me. I have lost any trust I had in you to respect my privacy.

This journal is now:

(Thanks to propaganda_live for the pic.

I can't believe it had to come to this. -_-
